PROPS USED FOR RESTORATIVE YOGA
•I’m using a few basic yoga props used in restorative & yin yoga often in today’s practice.
•If you don’t own any of them, don’t worry. You can simply substitute with items lying around your house.
•For example, instead of a yoga bolster you could use one or two pillows off your bed.
•Instead of yoga blocks, use two books similar in size and shape
•Instead of a “yoga blanket” you can literally use any throw blanket or even a towel or two rolked together.
(🔹🔹Tip: the only magic in specially titled “yoga blankets” is for the seller — it’s a normal, slightly thick, throw blanket. That’s it. The trendy title just makes it cost more!)
