This ✨✨✨RESTORATIVE YOGA: ILLNESS RECOVERY✨✨✨class is great for anyone who is sick or stressed out.

In this practice we will calm the central nervous system and go within, allowing the body to dedicate all of its extra energy reserves towards the parts of you that need healing –whether they be mental, physical or spiritual.

DESPERATE TO RELEASE TENSION? …I’ve got your back!👌☯️

This restorative yoga class isnt only great for illness recovery, it also will help you unwind and release tension.

…BUT ONLY IF YOU CAN DO ONE TINY THING FOR ME …AND YOU!

For the next 20 minutes, commit to being entirely present and forgetting about the rest of the world.

It’s the best thing you can do for yourself, and I can almost guarantee you totally deserve it ➡️➡️➡️

✨forget about anything that happened earlier today or that is happening later, and commit to the mantra 🌸BE🌸HERE🌸NOW🌸…✨

It’s only 20 minutes, I promise in 99 percent of your cases, the rest of the world can wait. Besides, you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Self-care habits like restorative yoga 🧘‍♀️ are essential for you to show up as your best self in your daily life.

PROPS USED FOR RESTORATIVE YOGA

•I’m using a few basic yoga props used in restorative & yin yoga often in today’s practice.

•If you don’t own any of them, don’t worry. You can simply substitute with items lying around your house.

•For example, instead of a yoga bolster you could use one or two pillows off your bed.

•Instead of yoga blocks, use two books similar in size and shape

•Instead of a “yoga blanket” you can literally use any throw blanket or even a towel or two rolked together.

(🔹🔹Tip: the only magic in specially titled “yoga blankets” is for the seller — it’s a normal, slightly thick, throw blanket. That’s it. The trendy title just makes it cost more!)

• Get creative, and don’t let NOT having the props stop you from doing this video!

  1. I enjoyed this yoga series. I have Chronic Lyme and find restorative yoga very helpful. My only suggestion is that you turn down the music. You have a soft voice and I often had trouble understanding you over the music.
