How To Use A Foam Roller On Shin Splints

In this video we will go over how to use a foam roller for shin splints. I will demonstrate how to use a foam roller to cure shin splints originating from the anterior tib, which is the muscle on your outter calf, as well as from your , which is your inner calf. Make sure you stay tuned for the end of the video for a few bonus stretches which really help relieve pain from shin splints as well! **it is recommended to do these exercises regularly if you have shin splints, ideally immediately before or after a run or some other sort of workout if you are doing one that day**
