About (Background and Services)

Training and areas of specialty: herbal, nutrition, and yoga therapy for Lyme disease and Lyme disease co-infections, PANS/PANDAS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and autoimmune disorders.

Aside from broad spectrum yoga therapy, and general yoga, I have additional  training in areas including fascia yoga (helpful for all conditions, especially when chronic pain is present), anatomy based yoga, yoga for the autism spectrum disorder, and yoga for trauma recovery.

 

 

Services offered: herbal consults, nutrition consults, 1 on 1 yoga therapy sessions, or a combination of all 3 to create a total mind-body healing plan.
